On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link valid for 1 hour. Remember to check your spam folder.
If you disconnect, you can rejoin the game while it's still running. If you can't, your result is calculated from your last known position. In ranked, the ELO impact is limited.
Points are credited automatically at closing. For physical prizes, we contact winners directly, so make sure your email is up to date in your settings. If you don't hear from us within 14 days, write to us.
From the player's profile or the end-of-game screen, use the “Report” option. Our team reviews every report. You can also write to us with the username concerned.
In Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and erases your personal data. You can also request it by email.
