Qualifying
10 multiple-choice questions. A fast correct answer = maximum points (base + speed bonus + streak bonus). The top 5 scores move on to the sprint.
60s Sprint
One minute, as many questions as you can. Correct +1, wrong −1, skip 0. The top 3 scores race into the final.
Final
Three players, sudden death. If everyone answers correctly, the slowest loses a life. First to 0 lives: eliminated.

Gauntlet format
Solo sudden-death mode against the clock. A single wrong answer ends the run, get as far as you can.
